Artist Meets Archive

Artist Meets Archive first time with Open Call!

Artist Meets Archive is the central program of the International Photoszene Köln, which focuses on the artistic exploration of photography in the context of archives. Every two years, we invite artists from all over the world to Cologne to get to know a diverse and historic photographic tradition in the city's archives, collections and depots and to develop a new work from it. For the fourth edition of the Artist Meets Archive program in 2024/2025, there will be an Open Call for the first time. Save the Date: Application start is January 5, 2024

Christmas Editions

We say goodbye to the festival year 2023 with three selected editions from this year's exhibition program! With the purchase of a Photoszene edition, you support the artists and the Photoszene in equal measure - and of course you'll be sure to find one or two oohs under the Christmas tree! Among them are Kati Faber, Lilly Lulay and Thomas Albdorf. Limited Editions!
