London calling: Last way to paradise

For ten years, Helmut Hergarten has been engaged with the topic of "migration". Projects in the Cologne region and on Sicily were followed, in Calais, France, in October 2022 by the continuation of the project LONDON CALLING: POSTCARDS FROM CALAIS. Shortly afterwards, once he had travelled over to Dover (GB), an arson attack occurred in the port of Dover on the arrival point for admitted migrants, which the British authorities assessed as attempted murder.
