Freya Hattenberger’s contribution to EVERY BODY HERE thematizes femininity, nature and identity. In her works she photographically explores how emotional experiences become visible in our bodies and where contact points lie behind the image surface. Metaphorically she pursues the concepts of connection, exchange and body-consciousness, as well as the intrinsic desire for contact. There thus arises a tender dialogue, in which interwoven forces interrelate in a continuous flow.
