Under use of original, analogue image material, the site-specific installation arranges unpublished photo performances from the early 1980s in a spatial design specially developed for IDYLL. The image sequencies stage inscrutable scenes with a protagonist to be read as female, who appeals to the observers’ power of imagination: what is taking place here, where the illustrated person is, what she is doing, is not immediately deducible.
