'CHANNELING A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF LIGHT' traces an arc from experimental photographic practices of camera-less recording techniques, via image details of playful studio settings, to documentary-looking shots. Graphic overlaps and aesthetic commonalities form the associative link in the succession of images. In the works’ interplay, this is not so much about the technically brilliant individual picture as, rather, a composed bundle that is given over to experimentation.
