As part of the exhibition series 'Der Reflex des Wiedererkennens' on photography and poetry, Tobias D. Kern takes us along to the Hartmannsweilerkopf, a peak in the southern Vosges mountains that was hotly contested during World War One. The photographer juxtaposes his intense black-and-white photos of bunker and forest architectures with poems from the Blood Drop cycle by August Stramm, an expressionist poet.
The show has been realized with the support of MEGALAB Bildkommunikation AG.
