Photography is a medium that produces in us the notion that we can hold on to people, memories and places. It is not the actual depiction of photographic images that interests us, but the uncanny, mysterious and blurry edges of a shot. In our exhibition ‘Double Presence’, the medium of photography is expanded into projections of material captured in the frame, of moving images and sensitively staged memories.
